Nancy Sikand

Nancy Sikand has a comprehensive background in Human Resources, starting as a Human Resources Trainer at Infosys in 2008. Nancy then worked at IBM as a Lead Recruiter and Human Resource from 2009 to 2012. Following this, Nancy served as a Human Resources Lead at Spectraforce Technologies, Tata Group, and eClerx. Currently, they are a Lead Human Resources Specialist at Peterson Technology Partners since November 2017. Throughout their career, Nancy has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee onboarding, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Nancy Sikand completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they attended St. Peter's Academy for General Studies.
