Rhonda Wilton

Rhonda Wilton has extensive experience in human resources, serving as Director of Team Talent at Petra, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rhonda worked as a HR Manager at Dillon Toyota Lift and as a Human Resources Consultant in the Boise, Idaho Area. At J-U-B Engineers, Inc., Rhonda held the position of Director of Human Resources for over a decade. Rhonda is a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University (NNU).
