Khaled Ghabboura

Khaled Ghabboura has extensive work experience in the energy and construction industries. Khaled started their career in 1995 as a Fabrication Shop Engineer at GHABBOURA Industrial Establishment. Khaled then worked as a QC Engineer at CCC from 1996 to 1999 before joining Leeds International - SEG as a Project Engineer for a brief period. Khaled returned to CCC as a Site Engineer from 1999 to 2000, and then joined the CCC-Saipem Consortium at Karachaganak Main Works Project Phase 1 as a Section Engineer from 2001 to 2003. At CCC, they served as a Project Engineer from 2003 to 2005. Khaled then joined Saipem as a Construction Manager from 2006 to 2008. Khaled continued their career with Petrofac, first as a Senior Construction Manager / Construction Director from 2008 to 2010, then as a Construction Director from 2010 to 2012. Khaled held the role of Project Director from 2013 to 2014 and again from 2014 to 2016. Khaled was a Vice President of Operations at Petrofac from 2016 to 2017. Khaled then moved to GE Energy Connections, where they served as Corporate PMO Global - EPM from 2017 to 2018. Khaled returned to Petrofac as a Vice President of Operations in 2019 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations since May 2021.

Khaled Ghabboura pursued their education from 1979 to 1987 at Sidon Secondary/High School, focusing on science. Afterwards, from 1987 to 1995, they attended Belarusian National Technical University, where they obtained an MSc in Mechanical Engineering.
