Pradeep Virmani

Pradeep Virmani has over three decades of experience in engineering and management within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering Services and Director of Engineering Proposals Management at Petrofac since October 2000, Pradeep is responsible for engineering and procurement estimation on all onshore and offshore bids related to oil and gas plants, refineries, petrochemicals, and renewable energy plants. Previously, Pradeep headed the Control and Instrument department, leading a team of over 150 engineers and designers. Earlier roles include Lead Engineer Instrument and Senior Instrument Engineer at Engineers India Limited, and Manager of Instrumentation at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, where responsibilities included operation and maintenance of various offshore platforms. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Gujarat University.
