Rajeev Khandelwal

Rajeev Khandelwal has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of contracts and commercial functions. Rajeev has held various positions in companies such as Petrofac, NPCC, and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).

At Petrofac, Rajeev has been involved in contractual risk assessment, negotiations, and finalization of contractual documents for multiple projects. Rajeev has also played a crucial role in training project teams on contractual aspects and mentoring the contracts team. Currently, as the Commercial Vice President, they lead a team of contracts and commercial professionals, guiding them through the entire spectrum of contracts and commercial functions on EPC projects.

Prior to Petrofac, Rajeev worked at NPCC as a Proposal/Contract Manager, where they successfully secured major onshore and offshore projects worth US$ 2 billion. Rajeev was responsible for leading proposals and identifying project risks.

Rajeev's career began at Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) as a Senior Contract Engineer. In this role, they gained fundamental knowledge and experience in contracts management functions on international EPC projects.

Throughout their career, Rajeev has showcased strong leadership skills, successfully mitigating contractual and commercial risks, and finalizing contracts of significant value.

Rajeev Khandelwal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from SGS Institute of Technlogy and Science in Indore, India.
