Scott Murdoch BSc MIET is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance and reliability management across the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Maintenance & Reliability Manager at Petrofac since September 2021, Scott has previously held roles such as Maintenance Team Lead and Mechanical Team Lead at PBS by Ponticelli, and Reliability Improvement Engineer at TAQA GLOBAL. Prior to these positions, Scott worked at Total as a Senior Reliability Engineer and Mechanical Engineer supporting the Laggan-Tormore Gas Plant. An earlier career included roles at Canadian Natural Resources Limited as Facilities Engineer and at Chevron as Project Engineer and Campaign Team Lead, demonstrating expertise in project engineering and mechanical systems maintenance.
