Ruben Navarro

Ruben Navarro has a diverse work experience in the field of video editing. Ruben started their career in 2007 as a Graphic Designer at Antena 3, where they also took on the role of Editing Promos and Trailers. In 2009, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Telson. From 2012 to 2016, Ruben worked at MundoFox (now known as MundoMax) as a Preditor (Producer/Editor) in the On-Air department. During this time, they created numerous sale spot promos and sizzle reels for the company.

In 2016, they joined Cortes Cortes as a Commercial Editor. The following year, Ruben worked as an Assistant Editor for Narcos Season 4 (Netflix). In 2018, they joined Powderkeg Productions as an Editor for the show "East of La Brea," which was executive produced by Paul Feig and directed by Emmy Nominee Sam Bailey.

In 2010, Ruben started their freelance career as a Film Editor and Director, working on projects like "The Cards" and "Monsters of the Night." Ruben also worked as a Video Editor for various projects, including "EAT 360" and "Miss California Latina Promo."

Lastly, Ruben is currently working at PETROL Advertising as a Video Editor, where they freelance on various projects such as commercials, sizzle reels, and proof of concepts.

Ruben Navarro has a strong educational background in the field of film and media studies. Ruben obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cinema and Media Studies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2006. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and PR at Universidad Nebrija from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they enrolled in Universidad Complutense de Madrid again, this time for a Master's Degree in Advanced Studies (M.A.S.). After completing their master's, Ruben attended UCLA Extension in 2010 and 2011 to earn a Certificate in Film Directing.
