Ilya Bolotin

As Head of Human Resources, Ilya is responsible for steering the direction of culture, policies, and processes for all employees to achieve constant growth and sustainability for Petuum’s ML-focused products. Ilya brings over 10 years of HR management experience with a focus on talent acquisition, employee retention, and business optimization results. Previously, Ilya served as the Director, HR at Expero Inc., Cargomatic Inc, and Telescope Inc., managed the successful hyper-growth and acquisition of startup Inktank Storage by Red Hat as the sole HR leader and led HR improvement programs at Red Hat (now IBM). Ilya holds a BA degree in Classics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
