Prior to this, John served as the Head of Marketing, Digital and E-commerce at MacPherson's, managing the marketing and customer experience for a leading retail and E-commerce supplier. John also held positions at Dolby Laboratories, Dell, Young & Rubicam, and Collaborate, where they played key roles in digital marketing strategy, customer experience, and client services. John is known for their ability to lead high-performing teams and drive revenue growth through their expertise in digital marketing and E-commerce.

John Stephens has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Southern California.
