Alexandre G. Pimenta has held various roles in a number of companies over the years. Starting in 2011, they worked as a CRM Coordinator and E-commerce Partner at Shoestock Comercio De Calcados E Acessorios LTDA. Alexandre then worked as a CRM & E-commerce Business Consultant at Vila Romana in 2012. In 2013, they were a CRM, BI & Operations Manager at Zolkin. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Kallan Modas, first as a Project & Innovation Manager and later as an Operations & Administrative Manager - Direct Sales. In 2016, they joined Loggi as a Database Marketing and CRM Coordinator, and eventually became a Growth Manager and Sales Operations Partner. In 2018, they worked at Marisa S.A. as an Innovation and Technology Solutions CRM & BI Consultant, and at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado as a People Developer - Career Coach. Alexandre also worked as a Project and Growth Consultant at Instacarro in 2018. In 2018, Alexandre co-founded Meu Entrevistador and served as a Founding Board Member until 2020, when the company merged. Currently, they are the Customer Engagement Lead | Growth - CRM Manager at Petz - O seu Pet Center de Estimação, a position they have held since May 2020.

Alexandre G. Pimenta has a Master's degree in Project Management from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, which was completed from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA specializing in Control and Auditing from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo, from 2009 to 2010. Alexandre also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Financial Management from the same university, which they earned from 2006 to 2008.
