Wesley Dias Gomes has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Wesley started their career at FINNET Comercio e Serviços de Teleinformática Ltda., where they served as a Lead Quality Analyst and later as an Analista de Processamento de Dados Pleno. In these roles, they provided technical support to enterprise and banking clients, specializing in treating and mapping banking files and creating specifications and documentation.

Wesley then moved on to eZly Solutions, where they worked as an IT Consultant. Here, they analyzed and engineered requirements for business and systems, developed functional diagrams, and prepared internal and technical documentation.

Next, Wesley joined Europ Assistance as a Development Coordinator. In this position, they managed Backend/Frontend development teams and worked with various technologies such as C# .NET, MVC, React, Javascript, Angular, HTML5, Bootstrap, Java, SAP ECC, SAP SRM, PI/PO, Mobile (iOS, Android), BMC Remedy, Bizagi, AWS, and Oracle DB. Currently, Wesley is working as a Project Lead / Agile Master at Petz, providing consultancy in project management and technology team management using agile methodologies. Wesley has worked on projects related to Supply Digital Ops (TOTVS Protheus), Backend e-Commerce integrations (JAVA, AWS, microservices, etc.), APP Omnichannel (Flutter, Protheus, Java, etc.), and APP Pricing (Flutter, Protheus, Java, etc.).

Wesley Dias Gomes attended Fundação Bradesco from 1997 to 2007, where they completed their Ensino Fundamental - Médio (High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates). Wesley then studied at Fundação Bradesco from 2008 to 2009, earning a Técnico de Informatica (Information Technology Technician) degree. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued their higher education at Fatec Carapicuíba, graduating with a degree in Superior em Análise de Sistemas (Information Systems Analysis).
