Carmen May

HR Director at PFD Food Services Pty Ltd

Carmen May has extensive work experience in human resources. Carmen started their career as a Human Resources Advisor at Fonterra in 2000, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2013, Carmen held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Exego Group, supporting over 500 employees. Carmen then joined Repco Australia as the General Manager of Human Resources, a role they held from 2013 to 2015 as part of GPC Asia Pacific. Carmen's next position was as the General Manager of Human Resources at GPC Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for managing a team of over 5,500 employees and generating a revenue of over $1.3 billion. Most recently, Carmen served as the HR Director at PFD Food Services Pty Ltd starting in 2018.

Carmen May has a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Psychology and Education from Waikato University. Additionally, they have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.
