Beth McCormick has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Beth began their career as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Catalyst in 1998. Beth then moved to UBS in 2003, where they served as the Director of Global Diversity until 2009. McCormick then joined Pfizer as the Diversity & Inclusion Lead for Worldwide Pharmaceutical Operations from 2009 to 2010. Beth transitioned to Morgan Stanley in 2010, where they worked as the Executive Director of Diversity & Inclusion until 2012. McCormick returned to Pfizer in 2012, assuming various roles such as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, Vice President of Talent Planning & Inclusion, Vice President of Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Lead for Digital, Corporate Audit, and Treasury, and most recently, as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Colleague Communications for Global Sciences & CBO.

Beth McCormick obtained their MBA in Marketing & Management from NYU Stern School of Business from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their BA in English & Political Science from Saint Mary's College between 1992 and 1996.
