Ekaterina Alipiev

Ekaterina Alipiev currently serves as the Director of Early-Stage Innovation & Discovery at Pfizer, a position held since October 2014. With extensive experience in strategic development and innovation, Alipiev has played a crucial role in establishing the Healthcare Hub Berlin, leading cross-functional teams to create digital health solutions. Prior to Pfizer, Alipiev founded Jourvie, one of Germany's first digital health startups focused on eating disorders, achieving significant impact with a roll-out that reached 50,000 patients. Additional roles include mentoring digital health startups at Startupbootcamp and various positions in marketing and communications across several organizations. Alipiev holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universität der Künste Berlin, along with several exchange programs related to communication and media.
