Kelly Sackett is a seasoned Senior Principal Scientist at Pfizer, where since August 2012, significant contributions have been made in the field of analytical chemistry, particularly leveraging high field NMR methodology for biomolecular characterization to support biotherapeutic programs. Kelly has also served as a Contract NMR Specialist, focusing on the characterization and quantification of large biotherapeutic molecules and improving understanding of vaccine drug substances. Prior to Pfizer, experience as a Postdoctoral Associate at Michigan State University centered on membrane protein structural biology utilizing solid-state NMR, complemented by a prestigious NIH NIAID Ruth Kirschstein F32 Fellowship. Kelly holds a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science, alongside an M.Sc. from the same institution and a B.Sc. in Cellular/Molecular Biology from Humboldt State University.
