Kenneth MacAlister

Kenneth MacAlister has significant experience in human resources and has held senior leadership positions in both Pfizer and Cisco Systems. At Pfizer, they served as the Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing all HR developments and implementing strategic HR policies. At Cisco Systems, they were the Human Resources Director, managing the global HR function and successfully navigating the company through scaling challenges.
