Zia Rahman, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the biopharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in business development, medical affairs, and research operations. Currently serving as Strategic Partnerships Lead at Pfizer since April 2023, Zia identifies and establishes strategic partnerships with key innovative biotech firms. Prior roles include Global Search & Evaluation Lead for Oncology & Hematology at Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing business development and licensing, and medical affairs leadership positions in oncology and neuroscience.
