Paul Buonaiuto

Paul Buonaiuto has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Paul is currently the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at PG Forsta. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Systemax / Global Industrial, where they built the talent acquisition function from scratch and implemented SAP SuccessFactors. Paul also served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy & Operations at The Nature's Bounty Co and as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Sleepy's.

Additionally, Paul has experience in consulting and business development, having worked as the Vice President at Elite Technical, providing talent acquisition consultation and HR services. Paul has also held leadership positions at various companies such as American Vantage Companies, Vantage Staffing Solutions/Candidates on Demand, and CA, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition.

Paul's diverse experience also includes serving as a Trustee and Deputy Mayor for the Town of Smithtown, providing support to the community and promoting a high quality of life for residents. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated their expertise in recruitment, talent management, and developing HR strategies and operations.

Paul Buonaiuto obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University New York in 1995. In addition, they obtained the SPHR certification in May 2002 and the Ability to Execute (A2E) Essentials certification from McKinsey & Company in September 2022.
