Marek Kaźmierczak's work experience includes holding various roles in different companies. From 2022, they have been the Chairman of the Board at PGE Inwest 12 sp. z o.o., where they are responsible for the development of the "Młoty" project and the creation of a pumped storage power plant. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Integration Director at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna from 2017. In 2021, Marek was the Chairman of the Board at Rybnik 2050 Sp. z o.o.
Marek has also worked as a Supervisory Board Member at EDF Toruń and as a Country Asset Manager- Poland / Charge d'Affaires at EDF, where they managed the governance process of EDF entities in Poland and analyzed development projects.
Earlier in their career, Marek held the position of Director for support processes / HR Director at Elektrownia Rybnik, where they supervised various areas and participated in the reorganization of the plant. Marek also served as the President of the Supervisory Board at ZOWER.
Furthermore, they worked at Elektrownia Rybnik as the Head of HR Development Department and as a Specialist in the Board Office and Quality department. Marek started their career as a Lecturer at Politechnika Śląska w Gliwicach and as a Trainee at Alcatel Business Systems SA.
Marek Kaźmierczak has a education history that includes post-graduate studies in Thermal Energetics at AGH University of Krakow from 2012 to 2013. Marek also earned a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Organization and Management from The Silesian University of Technology from 1996 to 2001. In addition, Marek Kaźmierczak obtained a DESS (Diplome d'études spécialisées supérieures) in Management of the International Industrial Project from the University of Strasbourg in 2000 to 2001.
