Steven Wilfong- Safe Agilist

Steven Wilfong is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in IT project and portfolio management, currently serving at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since February 2014. Specializing in benchmarking and analytics, Steven has held various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff and IT Operations Service Manager, overseeing complex IT projects aimed at enhancing telecommunications infrastructure. With additional experience in governance as Treasurer and Board Director for a homeowner association, as well as prior roles at Chevron, Yahoo!, Wells Fargo, and California ISO, Steven possesses a strong background in business relationship management and change management. Steven holds a Project Management Certificate from UCLA Extension and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on MIS, Marketing, International Business, and Entrepreneurship from California State University-Sacramento. Steven is also certified as a SAFe Agilist 6, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSS-GB).
