PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. has a proud and lengthy history of delivering innovative, challenging, and complex projects. PGH Wong was established in 1985 on its extraordinary foundation in systems engineering and is now a full-service engineering, architecture, construction management, and program/project management consulting firm for public and private entities across the nation.

We are looking for a skilled CADD Designer with 3+ years of relevant experience. This knowledgeable, energetic individual will join in the conceptual, preliminary, and final design of complex transit projects. The ideal candidate is an accomplished technician with a passion for computer-aided drafting, a history of productivity, a commitment to high-quality work, and a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D under the direction of a CADD manager, including electrical plans and schematics, civil and structural plans, details, and schedules.
  • Participate in the design process under the direction of an engineer.
  • Coordinate work with team members and other design disciplines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D to create original engineering drawings for rail transit systems, utility power systems, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Experience in PowerPoint and Visio. (preferred)
  • Knowledge of electrical, systems, or civil design for infrastructure projects. (preferred)
