Jonathan Pawlak

Jonathan Pawlak has a diverse work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Jonathan started their career at DaimlerChrysler Corporation as a Management Trainee and worked in various positions within procurement and supply. Jonathan then worked as an Electrical Component Buyer at Chrysler LLC before joining Volvo Construction Equipment as a Senior Buyer, responsible for global sourcing efforts. Later, they joined Masco Cabinetry as a Commodity Specialist, managing multiple global suppliers. Jonathan was promoted to Manager, Sourcing at Masco Cabinetry, where they oversaw a complex supply chain and led a team of Commodity Specialists. Pawlak then moved to NSF International as an Operations Manager, where they managed daily business operations and strategic goals for the aftermarket automotive parts division. Currently, they are working at PGT Innovations as a Sr Director, Sourcing, providing leadership and vision to the sourcing organization.

Jonathan Pawlak has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Jonathan also pursued an MBA from Wayne State University, completing it from 2007 to 2010.
