Zaida Heath

Zaida Heath, MBA, PHR has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Zaida began their career at Kaman Precision Products in 2005, where they served as the Human Resources Director for over 15 years. In 2021, they transitioned to PGT Innovations, where they initially held the position of Human Resources Director. Later, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources. Zaida has demonstrated a strong commitment to their profession and has continually advanced in their roles within the field.

Zaida Heath obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National-Louis University. Zaida later pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration from Strayer University-Florida, specializing in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, they hold the certifications of SHRM-CP from SHRM and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
