Rob Moulds

Rob Moulds has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rob started their career at The Home Depot in 1993 as an Associate Merchant, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they served as the President at Trinity Multisport, Inc. Rob then joined JELD-WEN, Inc. as a National Account Manager - Merchandising from 2003 to 2015. Following that, they worked at PGT Innovations, holding various positions such as Director - National Accounts, Sr. Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales Operations, Vice President of Talent and Strategic Learning, and currently serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards since August 2023.

Rob Moulds holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Education from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Warner University. Rob also has certifications in Outward Mindset from The Arbinger Institute, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry, Culture Index Workshop from Culture Index, and Certified Professional in Training Management from Training Industry, Inc. Additionally, they are a Certified Health Education Specialist by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
