Sharon Peleg

Sharon Peleg has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning over several years. Sharon'smost recent role was as the Global VP People at Phantom Auto, where they played a strategic role in designing and building scalable people processes and infrastructure. Sharon worked closely with the leadership and teams across multiple countries to implement innovative and inclusive people practices. Prior to this, Sharon was the VP People and Places at BlueVine, leading all people-related functions for the Israel and India sites. Sharon was responsible for organizational development, talent acquisition and retention, and implementing a hybrid work model. Before that, Sharon served as the Head of Global Human Resources at HERE Technologies and as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Intel Corporation. Sharon also has experience in HR business partnering at McAfee, as well as in HR management roles at Wintegra, Ceragon Networks, and Flying Cargo. Overall, Sharon's work experience showcases their expertise in people strategy, organizational development, talent management, and HR operations.

Sharon Peleg obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government with a focus on employment relations from Tel Aviv University between 1997 and 1999. Sharon then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University from 2000 to 2002. In addition, they have completed a program in Social Directors at DirAct, which was accomplished between an unknown start date and 2019.
