Carlo Licciardi

Carlo Licciardi is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in managing diverse engineering teams and platforms. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Phantom since 2023, Carlo is responsible for overseeing infrastructure, quality assurance, data, and core platform initiatives. Previously, as VP of Pasta Tasting at Italian Homemade Company since November 2014, Carlo combined culinary expertise with leadership. Carlo's tenure at Zapier from 2019 to 2023 included managing multiple integration teams and focusing on developer platform objectives. Carlo also held the position of Engineering Manager at Postmates, where notable accomplishments included enhancing backend payment services and improving operational efficiency. As Director of Engineering at Trapit, Carlo contributed to advanced AI technology projects, backed by significant research funding. Early career achievements include co-founding iBrii and developing high-impact applications for the public healthcare system in Italy. Carlo holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Università di Pisa and has studied at Aarhus University.
