Diana Fox Sphr

Diana Fox, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Diana is currently Vice President of Human Resources - Business Partners at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources - West Region at EPIC Brokers, supporting Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG) after its acquisition by EPIC in February 2021.

Before joining EPIC, Diana held various roles at Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG) from 2016 to 2021. Diana started as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources, and later became the Sr. Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources.

From 2008 to 2015, Diana worked at Meggitt USA as the US Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development. In this role, they had a wide range of responsibilities, including talent management, global mobility, organizational development, and strategic planning.

Earlier in their career, Diana was the Director of Human Resources at Jacuzzi Brands, Corp from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they played a key role in recruitment, HRIS/payroll system implementation, and employee handbook standardization.

Lastly, Diana served as the HR Director at Leather Center from 1993 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Diana has contributed significantly to organizations through their expertise in HR and organizational development.

Diana Fox, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Music Vocal Performance degree from the University of Arizona, with a specialization in Voice and Opera. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2006, Diana obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, in January 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Most recently, in July 2023, Diana completed the Caliper Certification from Talogy (formerly known as PSI Caliper).
