Latoya Greve has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Latoya currently holds the position of Sr. Director Regional HR - Americas at Stevanato Group since August 2022. Before that, they worked at BD, where they held various roles including Sr. Director HR North America & Corporate Marketing from October 2021 to August 2022, Director, Human Resource Business Partner from February 2015 to October 2021, and Manager, Human Resource Business Partner from July 2010 to February 2015. Prior to BD, they worked at Carl Zeiss Vision Inc as an HR Analyst / HRIS Administrator from January 2002 to June 2010. Before that, they held the position of Human Resource Liaison / Administrative Assistant at LifeCare Solutions, Inc from May 2001 to December 2001. Latoya started their career at Kelly Staff Leasing as a Client Service Representative from December 1999 to May 2001, where they provided HR, payroll, and benefits support to clients.

Latoya Greve has a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In 2008, they completed a certificate program in Human Resource Management at UC San Diego. Latoya also holds a certification from the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business, awarded by the University of Phoenix.
