Elgan Mathias

Elgan Mathias has worked in various roles related to the healthcare industry since 2016. Elgan began as a Clinical Trials Assistant at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board in 2016, followed by a Pre-registration Pharmacist role at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in 2017. In 2019, they became a Pharmacist at Boots UK, and in 2018 they held a Locum Pharmacist role. Currently, Elgan is a Research Data Scientist at Human Data Sciences.

Elgan Mathias obtained a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2013 and 2017. Elgan then obtained a Pharmacist certification from the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) in August 2018. In 2021, they began a Master's degree in Data Science and Analytics, which they are currently pursuing at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.
