Pharmacy Operations Manager

The Pharmacy Operations Manager will be a full-time, benefits eligible position leading and supporting the pharmacy operational initiatives determined through collaboration with the Regional Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Management team. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will work with facility and PharmD on Demand administration on planning, organizing, identifying processes for improvements, and maintaining pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations through onsite and virtual operations at assigned facilities.  A primary responsibility of this position will be to provide oversight, guidance, support, and leadership to the pharmacy staff including Directors of Pharmacy, Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and other support staff within their assigned region.  The position will be fast-paced and have a wide scope of daily duties.

• Experience with G-suite and MS Office Suite (preferred)

• Experience in healthcare is beneficial, but not required.  Complete operational training will be provided.

Position Details: 

• Full-Time Salaried Position - Average of 40 hours per week (primarily weekdays, but occasional emergency weekend work may be required)

• Eligible for Full Benefits Package (Insurance Options, 401(k) with Matching, PTO, etc.)

• Regular Travel within the State of Georgia is Required (limited overnight travel)Some Remote Work Will Be Available, But Regular Onsite Presence at Facilities (Across Georgia in your radius) is Required

• The job will require 75% travel and 25% office days
