Marta Arimont

Marta Arimont is a Principal Scientist at PharmEnable, where they specialize in the discovery of novel chemical space for chemokine therapeutics. Marta has also worked as a postdoc at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where they focused on virtual screening for hit identification on the challenging chemokine receptor GPCRs. Prior to that, they interned at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they focused on computational modelling of opioid receptors (GPCRs). Arimont has experience in molecular dynamics simulations with GROMACS, docking, and pharmacophore modelling.

Marta Arimont is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate in Computational Chemistry at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Marta holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a degree in Biomedical sciences from the same school. Marta also has a degree in Grado superior en nutrición y dietética from CEDESCA.
