President (Americas) - Phase One at Phase One

Steve Cooper has a extensive work experience history in various sales and management roles. Steve started their career at Leica Geosystems Ltd. as a GPS Liaison Representative, where they worked closely with the Ordnance Survey Data Collection team. Steve then moved on to become the Technical Support Manager and later the Machine Automation Product Manager at Leica.

Following their time at Leica, Steve joined Extrudakerb Ltd. as the Manager of Machine Automation & Surveying, where they were responsible for overseeing the surveying department and implementing strategies to increase productivity. Steve also conducted training and seminars for the team members.

Steve then joined Survey Systems Ltd. as the Equipment Sales & Development Manager, where they coordinated online sales activities and worked with other departments within the organization. Steve later became the Regional Sales Manager at Vp plc.

Steve's career then took him to Topcon GB Ltd., where they worked as the Business Manager of the Positioning Instruments Division. Steve was responsible for achieving sales targets and re-establishing the Topcon brand image in the UK. Steve also reviewed existing protocols with departmental managers.

At Topcon Europe Positioning B.V., Steve served as the Sales Manager of European Distribution. Steve maintained and increased sales budget while overseeing the Distribution team and implementing strategies to increase productivity, sales, and profitability.

Steve's next role was at Audipack as the International Sales Manager. Steve managed and directed international sales to achieve global sales and profit goals, and designed sales and marketing programs to set short and long-term sales strategies. Steve also ensured compliance with cultural and legal issues in each country.

Currently, Steve works at Phase One as the President (Americas), where they are responsible for directing and managing camera sales. Steve leads the sales team for various markets and is directly responsible for unit sales targets and revenue.

Overall, Steve has a strong background in sales and management, with particular expertise in the geospatial and technology industries.

Steve Cooper attended Merchant Taylors School - Crosby from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained eight GCSEs, one AS-Level, and three A-Levels. Following this, they pursued a BSc Honours in Mapping Information Science at Newcastle University from 1993 to 1995.
