Terry Stephenson

Terry Stephenson has over 17 years of work experience. Terry began their career in 2003 as a Research Analyst for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In the same year, they joined System Planning Corporation (DARPA) as a Deputy Program Manager. In 2006, they moved to Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) as a Deputy Program Manager and Tech Transition Lead (DARPA via CACI). In 2008, they became the Managing Partner of Acuity Associates, where they advised executive-level clients at DARPA, DISA, and NRO. In 2011, they joined Eastport Analytics as the Director of Accounts, and in 2014 they became the Managing Director of Phase2's Commercial Client Service practice, followed by a promotion to Vice President of Business Development. Terry then held the role of Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager.

Terry Stephenson attended Georgia Southern University from 1997 to 1999, studying Economics and Political Science. Terry then went on to earn a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2002, with a focus on Economics, Public Policy, and Administration.
