Ashlee Vargas

Ashlee Vargas currently serves as an Associate Director at PHD since January 2024. Previously, Ashlee held multiple roles at Hearts & Science from November 2019 to December 2023, including Associate Director of Digital, Supervisor of Digital Activation for HBO Max, Strategist for Digital Activation (HBO Max), and Assistant Strategist for Social (HBO). Ashlee's experience also includes being a Basta Fellow at projectBASTA from June 2019 to November 2019, and serving as an Activity Specialist and Teaching Assistant at KIPP NYC from September 2014 to January 2017. Additionally, Ashlee interned at KIPP NYC College Prep High School and Robin Hood in the summer of 2016. Ashlee holds a Graphic Design Certification from Shillington Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The City College of New York, earned in 2018.
