Rachael Conway

Rachael Conway is a seasoned professional in the communications and business sectors, currently serving as the Group Business Director at PHD since November 2025. Prior roles include Group Director and Communications Director at Match & Wood, as well as multiple positions at Initiative, encompassing Client Director and Associate Director among others, from January 2016 to October 2023. Rachael's earlier experience includes roles at Whitehorse City Council, Alfred Health, World Vision Australia, Genesis Fitness Clubs, and AIA. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Professional Communication, Media and Social Science from Swinburne University of Technology, completed between 2013 and 2015, and a Victorian Certificate of Education from Donvale Christian College, awarded in 2009.
