James Boyer

James Boyer has a diverse work history with experience in various technical roles. James is currently employed as a Support Engineer at Phenix Real Time Solutions, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ericsson as a Technical Support Engineer from April 2018 to May 2021. Before Ericsson, James worked at Charter Communications as an Advanced Video Engineer from December 2016 to April 2018. James also has experience at Comcast Cable, where they held positions as a Communications Technician Level 5 from February 2009 to November 2014 and as an Advanced Products Customer Account Executive from December 2007 to February 2009. Additionally, James worked at Diebold Election Systems as a County Technician from April 2006 to September 2007, where they performed maintenance on election equipment and trained staff.
