Kathy Pherson

Kathy Pherson has extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kathy began their career in 1973 at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where they held various positions in analysis, resource management, security, and management until 2000. In 2000, Kathy became an Independent Consultant until 2003, when they founded their own company, Pherson Associates, LLC, and assumed the role of CEO.
