Feibi Yuan

Feibi Yuan joins PHI with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Ohio State University and more than five years of experience in the energy engineering field and possesses the Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.®) designation from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Ms. Yuan has extensive experience in developing and implementing short- and long-term energy measurement and verification plans and processes in accordance with IPMVP protocols, workforce training seminars and materials, field quality assurance and auditing, life cycle analysis, system change management, project coordination, and statistical analysis at various reporting levels for utility, regional, and federal clients and networks.

Prior to her involvement in the energy industry, Ms. Yuan was a front-line supervisor to unionized labor in the transportation industry with experience in operations planning, technical risk analysis, and disaster management and recovery. She is in the process of completing the M.S. in Threat and Response Management (Cyber, Environmental, and National Security) from the University of Chicago.
