Kristie Pappal is currently the VP of Human Resources at the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kristie started their career in HR at Iron Mountain Records Management in May 2000. Kristie was there for two years before moving on to Town Sports International in April 2002.

At Town Sports, Kristie served as an internal consultant to the vice president of operations, district managers, line managers, and employees. Kristie provided comprehensive support and guidance to a team of 8 District Managers on all aspects of Human Resources for over 50 New York and Philadelphia Sports Clubs. Kristie also designed and facilitated employee development programs, managed the Succession Planning process, and participated in the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Quarterly Operating Committee meetings.

In April 2007, Kristie left Town Sports to join the Philadelphia Eagles as their VP of Human Resources. In this role, they manage an HR team of three and is responsible for all aspects of the Eagles' HR function.

Kristie Pappal has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University. Kristie also has a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Minor in Psychology from Penn State University. Kristie also has a Certificate in Human Resources from the same school. Kristie is certified by SHRM in SHRM-SCP and by HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. Kristie is also certified by EMPLOYMENT LEARNING INNOVATIONS, INC. as a Certified Facilitator with ELI (Employment Learning Innovations).
