Rebecca McDermott

Rebecca McDermott currently serves as the Manager of Marketing and Administration at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex, where responsibilities include overseeing marketing efforts, managing administrative functions, and coordinating between the front office and Sportsplex. In addition to this role, Rebecca has held positions at Mount St. Mary's University, such as Youth Business Coordinator, Graduate Assistant, and Youth Business Administration Intern, where tasks involved producing promotional articles and conducting interviews. Previous experience includes working as a Publishing and Publicity Intern at Indies United Publishing House and serving as Sports Editor for The Mountain Echo Reporters and Alumni. Rebecca began their career as a Sales Associate at GIANT Food Stores and gained foundational office experience as a Student Worker at Mount St. Mary’s. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Sport Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Studies and History, all from Mount St. Mary's University.
