Akhil Sakhardande

Akhil Sakhardande is a skilled data science professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Philip Morris International since September 2022, Akhil focuses on cross-functional partnerships and the design of success metrics for machine learning products. Prior to this role, Akhil held positions at Rakuten, including Staff Applied Scientist, where leadership in developing product recommender systems and customer targeting strategies was emphasized, and Lead Data Scientist in AdTech, contributing to customer prediction models.
