Daniele Aita

Daniele Aita is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in people and culture management, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture for Europe and Smoke-Free Products at Philip Morris International since March 2019. Prior roles include Senior Director and Director positions within the Global Consumer & Commercial sectors at the same company, as well as Head of HR roles at Vodafone UK, Vodacom, and Vodafone Italy. Daniele's earlier career includes HR management in organizations such as AgustaWestland and Ferrari, alongside a formative role as Head Coach in youth basketball at Fortitudo Pallacanestro Bologna 103. Educational qualifications include a High Performance Leadership degree from IMD, an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Cranfield School of Management, and a Master Degree in Communication Studies from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
