Tanja Romer

Tanja Romer is currently the Head of HR at Philips. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager/Generalist at Schroders from March 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they were an HR Advisor at Swiss Re from August 2011 to February 2019. Tanja started their career in November 2008 as a Kundenservice Life Insurance at Generali.

Tanja Romer attended the HSO Rapperswil for their Dipl. Betriebswirtschafterin NDS HF and then went on to the NbW Zurich for their HR Fachfrau mit eidg. Fachausweis.

Tanja Romer works with Martin Thomas - Head of Total Workforce Management, Tony Strows - Head of Digital Learning Strategy & Transformation, and Peter Dube - Director Talent Acquisition. Tanja Romer reports to Daniela Seabrook, EVP & CHRO.
