Kathy Vizachero

Kathy Vizachero is an experienced professional specializing in HR, talent development, and organizational change management. Currently serving as the Degreed Implementation Lead at Phillips 66, Kathy is responsible for implementing a Learning Experience Platform and consulting in HR and Talent Development. Previously, as the Global Head of People Services at SprintRay Inc., Kathy led the HR team, supporting rapid company growth and achieving Great Place to Work certification. Kathy held roles at T. Rowe Price as Vice President of Executive Leadership Development, MITRE as Organizational Change Management Principal, and Cristal Global as Academy Manager, where significant HR infrastructures and learning solutions were developed. Additionally, Kathy owned Performing by Design, focusing on leadership competency and learning strategies. Educational qualifications include a BS in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in OD/HRD from The Johns Hopkins University.
