Robert Obringer

Robert Obringer serves as Senior Vice President of Compliance and General Counsel at Phillips & Cohen Associates since October 2000, focusing on the negotiation and management of various agreements as well as compliance with multiple federal and state regulations, including FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA. Additionally, Robert has been an Adjunct Professor at Rosemont College since 2000, teaching courses in business, ethics, and humanities to adult learners. Robert also holds the position of Lead Faculty Area Chair at the University of Phoenix, contributing to the Wilmington and Philadelphia campuses. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Duquesne University, a Master of Arts from Mount Saint Mary's University, and an MBA emphasizing technology management from the University of Phoenix.
