Sharon Danai

Sharon Danai is the Vice President of Human Resources at Phinergy, a position held since May 2011, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of human resources and reporting to the CEO. Prior to this role, Sharon served as HR Manager at GoNet Systems Ltd. in 2012 and worked as an HR Manager at BVR Systems from September 2005 to 2010, acting as an HR business partner and board member. Sharon Danai holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology, both from Tel Aviv University, with the Master's degree completed between 1992 and 1998 and the Bachelor's degree from 1989 to 1992.
