WHAT TO EXPECT:

As a Creative Lead at Phiture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction and ensuring the excellence of our digital campaigns for clients. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and motion artists to deliver top-tier, conceptually driven work. Your leadership will drive impactful strategies aligned with client objectives, fostering innovation, and maintaining high standards of quality. With your cross-discipline vision and guidance, your team will deliver innovative and effective solutions that drive app growth and engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and motion artists, ensuring creative excellence and effective execution across multiple service lines.
  • Set the creative vision, strategy, and tone for mobile app marketing campaigns, aligning them closely with client goals to drive user acquisition and retention, including:
  • App Store Optimization (ASO) across the App Store and Play Store
  • User Acquisition on various channels including social media and Google App campaigns
  • In-app messages, push notifications, and email campaigns
  • Cultural localization of assets
  • Collaborate closely with the copywriting team to ensure their work is impactful, clear, and aligned with the overall creative vision, providing mentorship and coaching as needed.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to your squad, fostering growth and development while ensuring they have opportunities to showcase their creativity across both design and copywriting functions.
  • Drive the adoption of AI workflows in your team, highlighting its potential as an important creative tool.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Growth Leads, Account Managers, and other disciplines to ensure the creative team is set up for success on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to balance workloads, ensuring alignment with your team’s skills and interests.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their app’s unique value proposition and target audience, and refining creative concepts to meet their specific needs.
  • Work closely with the Creative Leadership team to shape the overall direction and evolution of Phiture’s creative offerings, particularly in the mobile app space.
  • Oversee the creative development process for your portfolio of clients, balancing hands-on design work with strategic direction and project management.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts for mobile app marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in mobile app marketing, share insights with the team, and incorporate innovative approaches into client campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role within a mobile/digital agency or similar environment (knowledge of mobile is a plus).
  • Solid creative background with proven experience in copywriting and ability to guide and mentor copywriters effectively.
  • An ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital marketing campaigns and assets across multiple platforms and channels, with an emphasis on both design and copy integration.
  • Proficiency with Figma, including automation and components, and experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Experience with AI tools and how they can bolster creative efforts.
  • Excellent English and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present and sell ideas both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
  • Familiarity with using data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies and campaign performance.
  • Curiosity and passion for innovation, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in mobile marketing, creative design, and copywriting.
