Marcin Tomaszewski

Marcin Tomaszewski currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Phoenix Futures since March 2020, where responsibilities include building relationships with management to support strategic people initiatives for a non-profit organization with 500 employees. Previous roles at Phoenix Futures include Senior Human Resources Advisor and Interim Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Marcin worked as an HR Officer and HR Assistant at Little Sisters of the Poor, supporting over 180 employees across multiple sites. Marcin also has experience in venue operations management, having held Assistant General Manager positions at Urban Leisure Group and Soho Clubs and Bars / Novus Leisure. Marcin holds a GDL in Law from The University of Law and a Master’s Degree in Law from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
