Rashaunda Watson

Rashaunda Watson, MSW, RCSWI, currently serves as a Counselor at Phoenix House Florida, engaged in part-time intensive outpatient programming since February 2023. Previously, Rashaunda worked as a Counselor for the Safe at Home diversion program at Gulf Coast JFCS from June 2021 to September 2021. Additionally, Rashaunda has a significant history with Metropolitan Ministries, where roles included Up & Out Case Manager, Supervisor of Community Based Programs, Community Based Team Lead, and Affordable Housing Case Manager from March 2017 to the present. In these positions, Rashaunda provided case management services and oversaw programs aimed at assisting homeless families in achieving self-sufficiency and stable housing.
