Thilini Maheshika is an experienced professional in the fields of administration, health, safety, and environment (HSE). Currently serving as Manager - Admin & HSE at Phoenix Industries since April 2021, Thilini previously held roles such as Manager - System Certification at Edward & Christie (Pvt) Ltd and Executive - Health, Safety & Environment at Best Pacific. Thilini's career also includes consulting work in EHS & Quality Systems at Safety Health & Environment Solutions Provider and a sustainability internship at MAS Holdings. Academically, Thilini earned a Master's in Environment Management from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor's degree in Eco-business Management (Special) with a focus on Environment Management from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
